Shipping policy

After your purchase, you will receive an email containing your purchase information. Please allow 3-7 business days* for processing your order. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a second email with tracking details. Please be sure to include a complete and accurate mailing address, as we will not be responsible for any mail delivered to an incorrect address. 

*Due to the nature of our products, we ship candles MONDAY through THURSDAY, with holiday variances. This helps us ensure that your product does not sit in harsh conditions for extended periods of time.
